Sandra Eiduka

Graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Sandra began her carrier in airBaltic – Latvia’s and the Baltics leading airline.

She started in the Commercial department rotation program, including front line positions like check – in and ticket office agent, marketing and CCO assistant . This gave gave her a good insight into how different departments work together to deliver the best outcome to customers. She continued in the Sales department as Sales Representative and after some years became Agent Sales Manager for the Baltic States. Studying after the working hours she also graduated with Master’s degree in Management Theory.

As a SPOC in LMQ Training Sandra is responsible for managing all communications, support requests, logistics and administration run smoothly. Her international background and passion for cross-cultural connection leads her in this purposeful position. She is fluent in Latvian, Italian, English, Russian and German languages.
